Free Design Consulting - We custom design a system just for you at no extra cost. Rather than travel to your location charging you for our time, travel and hotel expenses, we have created a highly effective needs analysis survey that we can do with you right over the phone or even online. By you taking a little time to help us collect the information we need, you can save your church hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Free System Training - Knowing how to use your equipment is just as important as picking right equipment. We create a custom training package based on your system. Your training package includes videos and materials that teach you how to set up and operate your specific system. The alternative is to drive to your location for a day or 2 charging you for our time and travel expenses. That adds up to quite a bit. Plus we think you’ll agree that our training methods are the best available. Read the section below on “Better Training” to find out why.

Cost effective Delivery - As much as we would love to deliver your equipment to you in person and give you a big ‘ol hug, it’s just not cost effective for you. Rather than have the gear shipped from the distributer to us and then pack it up and drive it to you, we decided to cut ourselves out as the middlemen and have the distributors ship the equipment directly to you. You get your gear quicker and you can literally save thousands. Otherwise that’s like the world’s most expensive hug.

No Retail Price Mark-ups - We don’t think you should get charged more for equipment you buy from us just because we’re cool. You can be certain that you will always get the lowest price. You’ll pay the same as if you bought the equipment right from a discount retailer yourself. You’re getting all of the design, training and support of a company that would normally charge you thousands extra, but for the same price as if you pieced together a system on your own. We sell the right equipment, not the most profitable - Right from the start we made a tough decision that most would call crazy. When selecting products and designing systems we don’t even look at what our profit is. Instead of crunching profit numbers we simply ask the question “What would I choose if this was my church and I was paying for it?”. It’s our question to keep us in check and make sure we are putting churches first and not our bottom line. The result is you can know you are getting the absolute best equipment available for your money. We don’t think it’s wrong for companies to be profitable. But we do think it’s wrong to recommend something we wouldn’t buy ourselves just because it would make us more money.

We can sell products from any manufacturer - Instead of tying our hands by buying directly from a few choice manufacturers we instead have decided to work with large distributers that have access to almost every manufacturer you can think of. It allows us to choose from the widest selection of manufacturers and keeps our overhead low. Because of this we don’t have to design systems based on the limited selection of brands we can sell, or a blind brand loyalty. Instead we can choose the best product for the money in each category regardless of who makes it.

We’re church planters - Not only are we geeks that love Jesus, but we’re also church planters. We know what works and what doesn’t because we do this every week. We’re the guys setting up at 7am so that the worship team can practice before the service. We’re the guys who stay after everyone else leaves to pack it up and haul it away. Learn at your own pace - Rather than try to teach you everything there is to know about setting up and operating your system in 1 or 2 days, we have developed training materials and videos that allow you to learn at your own pace. Trying to learn everything in a short period of time can lead to frustration and embarrassment especially for beginners. Our training methods allow anyone, whether a beginner or advanced, to learn how to get the most from your audio or video system. Don’t quite understand or forgot something? Just refer back to the training materials again and you’ll find what you need.

Learn about your specific system - Most training videos and books teach you very general information about audio or video systems. We teach you general principals as well, but we also train you how to use your specific equipment. For example, when learning how to operate your audio mixer we’ll teach you by demonstrating using the same exact mixer you are. This allows you to follow the training step by step without any confusion. When you finish the training you will feel confident that you understand your system and can utilize it to its full potential.

Train future volunteers - Our training courses make it simple to train new volunteers that are interested in becoming a part of your tech team. Simply allow them to complete the training course before starting an internship on your team. This is a huge advantage compared to one time onsite training like other companies offer. Your new volunteers will be much better prepared and you’ll save a substantial amount of time in training them.
